HYDRA WORX - carbohydrate drink with electrolytes, 80 g of carbohydrates per 100 g, mild taste, sweetened with isomalt and steviol glycosides.

Hydra Worx is an advanced carbohydrate drink with added electrolytes (magnesium, sodium and potassium) in the form of citrate and chloride. It contains carbohydrates in a highly absorbable form - cyclic dextrins (Cluster Dextrin) and glucose polymers obtained by special technology from corn.

Cluster Dextrins are absorbed from the digestive tract very quickly, providing the body with the energy needed for immediate performance. While glucose polymers are absorbed moderately quickly and provide energy over a longer period of time.

Cluster Dextrin

Cluster Dextrin (Highly Branched Cyclic Dextrin) is a new type of dextrin bringing the next level of athletic performance. It is made from amylopectin through a process called cyclization. This is triggered by a special branching enzyme that is applied to corn starch.

This is largely made up of amylopectin, a branched-chain polysaccharide that is made up of many clusters (clumps). The branching enzyme works at the points where the clusters are joined and breaks down these joints. The result is the patented Cluster Dextrin, which retains the clustered structure of amylopectin but has different parameters that are more suitable for use in the body.
