A specially formulated product designed to support recovery, which will take care of your body after a demanding physical exercise. An extremely effective combination of carbohydrates, minerals (Mg, K, Na, Se) and vitamins, enriched with essential branched chain amino acids BCAA (L-leucine, L-isoleucine, L-valine in the optimal ratio of 2:1:1), as well as amino acids L-glutamine and L-arginine.

Ginkgo biloba extract is used to support cognitive function. Vitamin C along with vitamin E and selenium are included in the product to protect against oxidative stress. Magnesium contributes to the reduction of the level of fatigue and exhaustion, as well as to electrolyte balance, supports energy metabolism, contributes to the normal function of the nervous system. The beneficial effect of regeneration can be achieved when consuming carbohydrates, from all sources, with a total intake of 4 g per 1 kg of body weight.

REGENER is intended for:

• quality regeneration after intense physical exercise

Recommended dosage:

• Immediately after physical exercise, mix 75 g in 450 ml of water and drink in batches, over 20-30 minutes. Drink the contents afterwards with another 200 ml of water. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.

Use for 450 g pack:

• 1 scoop = approx. 25 g. Mix in water according to the recommended dosage. After opening, store at 25 °C and use within 2 months.

Recommended dosage for a pack of 10 x 75 g:

• Mix the contents of the sachet in water and drink in batches, within 20-30 minutes after the end of physical activity. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.

Use for 10 x 75 g pack:

• the dilution ratio is 75 g per 450 ml of water. Drink the contents afterwards with another 200 ml of water. After mixing, undissolved particles may be visible in the drink. This is a natural characteristic of the product and is not detrimental.
