Creatine

Creatine can be found naturally in foods such as meat and fish. It plays a central role in supplying cells with energy, for example in skeletal muscles, the heart or the brain. Creatine has been scientifically proven to increase physical performance in consecutive doses of short-term, high-intensity exercise and can also increase the effect of resistance training on muscle strength in adults over 55 years of age, with a daily intake of 3 g.

Green tea extract

Green tea originated in China and has been used for over 4,000 years. In China, the preparation of tea itself is accompanied by a series of rituals and has been called the "elixir of life" for many years. Many studies have been conducted on the effects of green tea due to its beneficial effect on our body. In folk healing it is sought after for physical and mental stimulation, or to promote concentration.

Cayenne pepper

This is a variety of chilli pepper of the species capsicum frutescens, which is grown in tropical areas in India, Mexico or the USA. Probably due to its pungent taste, which is on a par with pepper, it has earned the name cayenne pepper. It is one of the hottest varieties and has therefore found popularity especially in spicy dishes in Indian and Mexican cuisine.

^Bioperine®

A standardized extract from the fruit of Piper Nigrum (black pepper tree), is the only piperine product to have been granted patented status for its ability to increase the bioavailability of nutritional compounds.
