L-glutamine is one of the most commonly found amino acids in skeletal muscle. Amino acids are the building blocks of every protein, and intake of a quality protein with an optimal amino acid spectrum contributes to muscle growth. During the strenuous muscle work performed by intensely trained individuals, individual amino acids are depleted, along with other important substances.

The amino acid L-glutamine is a component of complex protein and also an important nitrogen carrier. Appropriate supplementation will ensure skeletal muscle recovery provided nitrogen balance is maintained. In one serving of GLUTAMINE from NUTREND you take in more L-glutamine than a serving of 120 grams of lean beef, but also chicken or eggs. The L-glutamine in NUTREND products is produced by fermentation technology. It dissolves easily and quickly.

GLUTAMINE is designed for:

• for replenishment after strenuous physical activity
• for intensive training athletes

Recommended dosage:

• Training days: the basic daily dose is 5 g after training. A daily dose of 5 g can be taken in the evening before bedtime.
• Non-training days. Use the last dose in the evening before bedtime.
• Do not exceed the recommended dosage.

Usage:

• 2 aligned teaspoons = approx. 5 g. Spoon not included! According to the recommended dosage, measure and mix in a sports drink. Once opened, store at a temperature of up to 25 °C and use within 4 months.
