Product description Mammut Creatine capsules
Creatine is an endogenous substance whose additional consumption increases physical performance during short, intense, repetitive training units, e.g. during high-speed strength training.
Creatine is therefore very common in competitive sports.
It is made from three amino acids in the liver. One of these amino acids, methionine, has to be taken from food because we cannot make it ourselves.
In addition to the body's own production, the body gets some creatine from food. Especially in red meat there is a lot of muscle strengthener.
After ingestion, about two-thirds of the creatine is converted to creatine phosphate (CP) and is thus stored in the muscles. CP increases the level of adenosine triphosphate (ATP). ATP is the fuel for our muscles. The higher the ATP level in the muscle, the longer the performance can be maintained in the maximum range. ATP is quickly consumed by the breakdown, but is replenished in a very short time (a few seconds to a few minutes) in conjunction with CP in the recovery phase.
Studies show that a daily intake of 3 g of creatine results in a consistently high amount of creatine in the muscles. Recovery is possible, but it's a pretty outdated model of creatine supplementation. Creatine is very quickly stored in muscle cells, but is also very quickly removed again.
Recommended dosage of Mammut nutrition Creatine capsules:
- 4 capsules of creatine (3.5 g) per day with plenty of water or juice.
