About the Leader brand

Leader Foods is a Finnish professional dietary supplement brand founded in 2001. It manufactures premium nutritional supplements for sports and outdoor. Recommended dosage:

• Mix 5 g (approx. 2 teaspoons) with a glass of water. Consume once a day, preferably before exercise. Benefits are achieved by consuming at least 3 g per day. The pack contains 60 doses.
