^Carnigel® is a new product from Extrifit, which brings a well-known and very popular among athletes burner - carnitine - in a new gel form. Carnitine is a substance traditionally used in virtually all sports to improve fat utilization as an energy source during physical activity and also as a pre-workout energizer. One sachet contains a full 2000 mg of L-Carnitine in 10 great flavours, with zero fat, sugar or artificial colours in the pack! The gel form is also very convenient - no need to carry around any packs of liquid carnitine or siphon off tablets. You can always have a bag on hand ready for immediate consumption before training, on trips or before races.

Who is ^Carnigel® for?

Carnitine is a substance used in virtually all sports to improve the use of fat as an energy source during physical activity. It has traditionally been used by competitive and conditioning bodybuilders and fitness enthusiasts of all categories during the muscle-building period, but also in many other strength and endurance disciplines such as running, in-line or cycling to improve the long-term use of energy during physical activity from fat stores. Carnitine has also been used for many years among the sporting public for weight loss and "swimsuit" body contouring.

Recommended Dosage:

• The daily dose is one sachet (60 g) of ^Carnigel®.
• Take 30 minutes before training, or in the morning, always fasting
• The contents of the sachet are intended for direct consumption
• can be diluted in 100 - 200 ml of water
