Caffeinated energy gel for cyclists, runners, triathletes and other athletes rich in fast and gradually releasing carbohydrates. The gel can be diluted with water.

Effects:

Provides continuous energy during training or race. It also gives a boost thanks to the caffeine it contains.

Enervit Gel with caffeine in points:

• The glucose is contained in the form of a 4-unit glucose polymer (called cyclodextrin DP4), which makes the energy released from it gradual, but still easily available to the body.
• The release of energy over a longer period of time is achieved by the addition of trehalose and isomaltulose, two slow-releasing carbohydrates.
• It contains caffeine for a boost.

Recommended dosage of Enervit Gel with caffeine:

• Use the energy gel DURING exercise every 35-45 minutes for continuous energy replenishment.
• Thanks to the tear-off cap, the energy gel can also be used safely while cycling. A good place to use the gels is on the downhill profile of the track.
• Always wash the gel down with a drink (for example Enervit Isotonic Drink).
