Recommended dosage :

• Mix 1 ampoule (25 ml) in 250 ml of water or juice. Take 1 ampoule daily in the morning on an empty stomach or about 30 minutes before training. Can also be dosed during exercise for prolonged loads. Never exceed the recommended dosage of 1 ampoule per day! Open the ampoule by using the breakaway opening aid at the marked white line. Drink from the ampoule using a straw!
