Recommended dosage of Sport Wave Iontmix+:

• The basic dose is 15 ml per day (use the included measuring cup or 3.5 squeezes of the dosing pump), diluted in 500-750 ml of water.
• Consume the drink during exercise as needed. Can also be consumed before exercise or after exercise as part of recovery.
• The osmolality of the drink at the recommended dilution is hypotonic.
• Always shake before use.
