Protein is the building blocks of muscle and the building blocks of protein are amino acids. Among amino acids, there are those that our body can make, but also those that we can only get from external sources - these are essential amino acids. If we supply our body with all the amino acids it needs, it will have something to build on. That's why a balanced diet rich in protein and amino acids is important for all athletes.

All Aminos contains all the essential and non-essential amino acids that an active lifestyle requires. Plus, we've added magnesium, which contributes to normal muscle function, normal protein synthesis, maintaining electrolyte balance and reducing fatigue and exhaustion.

All Aminos can therefore be your faithful companion during long and intense workouts. The icing on the cake is that it tastes great too!

Recommended dosage:

Mix 1 dose (17 g = 1 + 1/3 scoop) of All Aminos powder daily with 400 ml of cold water. Consume one serving during exercise. On rest days, take one dose between meals.

Mala som len vzorku, takže neviem posúdiť produkt z hľadiska dlhodobého užívania. Tieto aminokyseliny sú chuťovo veľmi dobré. A tiež oceňujem skvelé zloženie.
