Creatine Micronized Monohydrate is a micronized and highly absorbable creatine monohydrate in a completely pure form. When supplemented with at least 3g of creatine per day, creatine enhances physical performance during consecutive short intervals of high-intensity physical exercise. During muscle contractions, it helps to keep ATP levels in balance. Lactose and gluten free.

Recommended dosage of USN Pure Creatine Monohydrate:

• Take 1 teaspoon 4-5 times daily for the first 5 days. After 5 days, reduce the dosage to 1 teaspoon 1-2 times a day and take this way for 3 weeks. Then discontinue use and repeat the cycle after 3 weeks. It is recommended to take creatine monohydrate with 250ml of fruit juice.
