KRE-ALKALYN® is a patented form of creatine created by a specific technology, which has the ability of high stability in the digestive tract and good absorption in the body. In general, creatine itself is a relatively unstable substance and should not be present for extended periods of time in liquid or low pH environments.
KRE-ALKALYN® brand raw material offers creatine monohydrate with a high pH. The higher pH provides creatine with better stability, allowing it to have more uses than classic creatine monohydrate.

Recommended dosage:
- 2-4 capsules approx. 45 - 60 min before the start of the sport performance. 2-4 capsules shortly after the end of the sport performance. Maximum 4 capsules per day. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
Usage:
- According to the recommended dosage, swallow the capsules gradually and wash down with sufficient water. Alcoholic and dairy beverages are not suitable. Do not bite the capsule! After opening, store at a temperature below 25 oC and use within 3 months.
