Amino acid performance formula containing BCAAs, glutamine, citrulline and taurine to support muscle recovery. In addition, it contains coconut water and electrolytes for better hydration of the body.
Available in a variety of flavours, Active BCAA's help to promote hydration during training, while kick-starting the post-workout recovery process. The absence of stimulants makes them ideal at any time of the day, even in the evening.

- 5 g BCAAs
- 1.5 g L-glutamine
- 1 g citrulline
- 350 mg of coconut water powder
- 350 mg of electrolyte blend
Recommended daily dosage of Rule1 Active BCAA:
- Active BCAAs are best taken during training (intra-workout) to support hydration and performance, or immediately after training for faster recovery.
- Mix 1 scoop in 300-350 ml of cold water. Take during your workout or drink immediately after completing your workout.
