Tips for use:
- home-made termix - classically prepare hot pudding and while still hot stir in 250 g of soft biotvaroh, then let cool
- baking - the hot pudding can be poured over the raw dough on a baking tray, you can add fruit, chocolate or nuts as desired and then bake
- cold desserts - cooled pudding decorated with fruit will look beautiful in elegant glasses, decorate with whipped cream, grated chocolate or crushed nuts
- sweet sauce - you can add more milk to the hot pudding to make a sweet sauce to pour over, for example, fruit dumplings, buns or strudel
- fillings, creams - cooled pudding prepared with less milk is excellent as a cream for cakes or as a filling for doughnuts, wreaths and other desserts
Do you also have a problem with pudding getting lumpy and scorching when you make it? Prepare it in your home baking machine or in the microwave. Set aside a small portion of the milk and whisk in the pudding powder, put the rest of the milk in a baking dish and add sugar or syrup to taste. Pour the whisked pudding mixture into the container and set the Jam program in your home baking machine. Allow to mix for about 15 minutes in the baking machine, or about 5 minutes in the microwave. This preparation will take more time, but you will achieve a smoother pudding.
