Product description NutriWorks Glycine

GLYCINE 100% - Instant powder containing a pure form of the amino acid L-Glycine

L-Glycine is without exaggeration called the amino acid of the 21st century. The importance of L-Glycine for our body is already evident from the fact that it is the second most abundant amino acid in the human body after L-Glutamine and plays an important role in virtually any part of the human body. Although it is a so-called non-essential amino acid, the intake of L-Glycine is very essential in supplementation, especially for athletes.

L-Glycine = (Regeneration x 1.000)²

In our body, L-Glycine is essential in the so-called process of proteosynthesis, which is the process of formation and regeneration of muscle mass, collagen and ligament structures. But that's not all, L-Glycine, together with L-Arginine and L-Methionine, is involved in the natural formation of creatine in muscle cells, which is then used to restore cellular energy ATP.

L-Glycine, together with L-Glutamine, also contributes significantly to the restoration of the intestinal mucosa. L-Glycine also serves as the basis for the natural production of the body's super-antioxidant Glutathione and is involved in regulating the metabolic synthesis of components used by the brain and nervous system, therefore it is also used to promote restful and quality sleep.
