HMB is a substance that has long been used in bodybuilding. It is a metabolite of the amino acid leucine, one of the three branched chain amino acids known as BCAAs. A small portion of leucine in the human body is naturally converted to HMB. We get HMB in small amounts from certain foods, such as some types of fish or citrus fruits. An effective way to increase the amount of HMB in the body, and thus the synthesis of leucine from it, is to take it in the form of a dietary supplement.

The effect of taking HMB is, of course, dependent on a properly designed training and a good nutritional regime. We recommend this supplement for those who already have experience with training, have a fine-tuned nutritional program and are looking for further opportunities for improvement, exactly for them HMB shows the desired effect.

We have added vitamin B6 (pyridoxine) to the HMB in our product. Recommended dosage:

• Take 6 capsules of HMB Power per day
• On training day, take 3 capsules 60 minutes before training and 3 capsules after training
• on your off day, divide your daily dose into three parts and spread your intake throughout the day
• take with sufficient liquid
