An easy-to-use liquid form of magnesium with added potassium, vitamins C and B6. Sugar and aspartame free. Magnesium contributes to normal energy metabolism, normal muscle function, electrolyte balance, reduced fatigue and exhaustion. Potassium supports normal muscle function.

Recommended Dosage:

• The basic daily dose is 1-2 vials (25-50 ml). Take one ampoule (250-50 ml) before strenuous physical exercise. In case of very intense physical activity, mix the contents of one vial into a sports drink bottle and drink during the exercise.
