BCAA Power Punch is a very effective supplement in any sports nutrition. This supplement contains branched chain amino acids (BCAA), which are composed of the essential amino acids leucine, isoleucine, and valine. The combination of these three essential amino acids make up approximately 1/3 of skeletal muscle in the human body, and play an important role in protein synthesis. In addition, the product contains glutamine. Protein contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass. This drink is very easy to mix and tastes good. The product contains vitamin B6, which helps to reduce the level of fatigue and exhaustion. Gluten free.
Recommended dosage of USN BCAA Power Punch:
- For best results, dissolve 2 heaped teaspoons (13g) of our BCAA Powerpunch in 500 - 750ml of cold water. Shake well for at least 30 seconds. Individuals weighing 85 kg or more should take 4 heaped teaspoons. Drink before, during and after training.
