What kind of form does James "Flex" Lewis have after two months without discipline? He would win another title at the Olympia 212 Showdown in a heartbeat!

British professional bodybuilder James "Flex" Lewis has made an indelible mark on the history of the Olympia 212 Showdown, the most prestigious competition in Jim Minion's IFBB Professional League 212lb division.

In fact, he managed to fight his way to seven triumphs, setting a record that will surely be very difficult to match, let alone surpass!

After his seventh victory this year, he confirmed what he had announced long before the competition, that he was leaving the 212lb category and that he was going to combine his further appearances on the competition podium with the Open category.

Two days ago, Neil Hill, who is Flex's coach, posted a photo on his instagram that was taken on November 25 and captured his charges after a shoulder workout.

There wouldn't be anything all that special about this photo if Hill hadn't added to it: "The crazy thing about this picture is that it was taken on Sunday, November 25, 2018, and Flex and I just finished shoulder training. Flex hadn't worked out in 8 weeks and was only eating 4 moderate sized meals a day!
But this sucker still looks like he could step on the podium at the Olympia 212 Showdown in no time, and win!!!"

What do you think of his form after two months without a proper bodybuilding routine?

And how are you looking forward to James' performance in the Open category?
