Vojta Koritenský - On The Top: Get Ready XII

Vojta Koritensky is not only a Czech professional bodybuilder of the IFBB Elite Pro federation, but also a member of the Extrifit team and owner of two Extrifit Gyms in Hradec Kralove.

And it is to one of these gyms, namely the one in Resslova Street, that Vojta takes us for his shoulder training, as part of the twelfth episode of his video series On The Top: Get Ready, which has been on hiatus for more than a year.

The eleventh episode of this series was also released this year, but it was unusual, as it brought together Vojta, Milan Šádek and Michal "Križo" Križánek for a joint training. The latter, like Vojta, was a member of the IFBB Elite Pro, but as you know, "Križo" has already moved to the NPC federation, where he will try to win a pro card and follow Milan to Jim Manion's IFBB Professional League!

Apart from shoulder training Vojta will show us his current form, post-training supplementation and will also show us the newly built extension of the gym.
