Vlastimil Kužel dominated Las Vegas and won gold for the Czech Republic at Mr. Olympia!

So I wanted to rest and have the World Championships in the autumn and in the end there will be no rest, because in September I will be the first Czech to fly to Vegas for the Olympia benchpress and it's time to start working hard "Come on you bitch" Finally I have a proper motivation here I can't do it without proper preparation

That's how Vlasta Kužel put it 10 weeks ago when he was invited to compete in the bench press competition at Mr. Olympia 2019!

And how did Vlasta do? You guessed right!

He won gold!

The course of the individual attempts:

Bench press RAW

1st attempt 240kg good lift

2.attempt 250kg good lift

During this attempt, Vlastov's classic shout rang out in the Mr. Olympia hall!

3.attempt 255kg no lift

Vlast's evaluation after the competition:

I'm taking home a badge for 1st place, but still happy

I just underestimated it a bit, so next time fly a bit earlier, because 9h delay is already quite noticeable. I was staring at the wall all night and was completely KO'd in the morning

The important thing is that it's home
I'm going to go to bed and write a bit tomorrow

Thank you all so much for your support.
