Video of Michal Krizanek's posing training with Milos Sarchev in USA

One of the most talked about competitors lately is certainly the Slovak giant Michal Križánek, who managed to win a professional card in the NPC federation at the beginning of October, to which he transferred during the year. At the same time he joined the EVLS team, who commented on the transfer as follows:

Dear sports friends, as you all know, EVLS PRAGUE celebrates its tenth anniversary this year. During these ten years it has created a firm place not only in the bodybuilding world, but also in your hearts, which we appreciate and thank you for. That's why we are happy that we have managed to enter into cooperation with a personality we respect very much and we believe that with our support he will achieve many successes and compete for the highest one, Mr. Olympia.

The new member of EVLS Team is MICHAL "KRIŽO" KRIŽÁNEK! Michal has decided to end his tenure in the Elite Pro federation and we are extremely honored that he will be showing his qualities in our colors in the NPC federation. We have always had only the highest goals, we have prepared great, dare we say timeless festivals, we have created a globally respected brand that is a symbol of quality and pride and we firmly believe that it will continue to be so for the next ten years!

Michal earned his professional status in the NPC federation at the Olympia Amateur Italy 2022, which he completely dominated!

However, the journey doesn't end there for Michal, because this weekend he will want to dominate the domestic professional competition EVLS Prague Pro 2022 and qualify for Mr. Olympia, which will take place in early December in Las Vegas. Križánek could meet the best bodybuilders in the world and measure his qualities with them at the Olympia.

Michal even got tips on posing from legendary former competitor Milos Sarchev, who is currently one of the best bodybuilding coaches. He met Milos already during July, which you could learn about in our article. At that time Sharchev expressed his opinion about Milo as follows:

First of all, pictures and videos do not capture the real appearance - I promise you that. Michael looks much more impressive in person. The sheer size and quality of his muscles can only really be appreciated with the naked eye - if you see him in person. Keep in mind he travels, doesn't eat, doesn't take supplements - He is 100% committed to impacting our Federation...and that's why he signed up. He didn't have a challenge in Elite so he didn't have to push the limits...now he will be on the podium among the best of the best!

Recently, a full video of Michal's posing practice when he was just visiting Sharchev in the USA was even released and you can watch it below!
