Victor Martinez, Akim Williams and Luis Rodriguez offer you their current forms

Victor Martinez, Akim Williams and Luis Rodriguez are among the IFBB Professional League Jim Manion's pros who have more starts and can be considered matadors.

Clearly the most experienced and successful of this trio is Victor Martinez, who in 2007 dominated the Arnold Classic, which is considered the second most prestigious competition in the bodybuilding world. In the most prestigious one, the Mr. Olympia, he won a great 2nd place that year!

He was never able to follow up on this success, and in recent years there has been speculation that his career is coming to an end. He admitted this himself last year, adding that his next steps will depend on how he fares at the 2020 Arnold Classic. Unfortunately, he wasn't one of the top performers there and had to settle for 9th place.

So whether Victor will continue competing or not is in the stars, and only he knows. He answers the obvious questions evasively, so nothing is clear.

At the moment, he has shown his current form, which may indicate that he hasn't quite hung up his competition swimsuit yet. But who knows?!

Akim Williams came to last year's Mr. Olympia for the success of a lifetime, finishing in a very good 6th place! He remained just outside the gates of the Top 5 and will have to qualify again for the next Olympia.

He would like to try to qualify at this year's Arnold Classic. However, there are two BUTs. 1. he would have to receive an invitation from the organizers, 2. the event has not been announced yet, so it is not clear when, where and if it will take place.

He also revealed his current phase.

Luis Rodriguez, who also achieved a lifetime success at last year's Mr. Olympia by making it to the top 10, is very clear about his first start!
He plans to start this season on May 15 at the prestigious New York Pro.
