Veronica Gallego Classic 2018 - results

Alicante, a port city in Spain, was the venue for the new professional competition Veronica Gallego Classic, which is part of the IFBB Jim Manion Professional League, on Sunday 10 June.

Our representative, Extrifit team member Vojta Koritensky, was also competing in the event, which was open to representatives of the division up to 212 pounds.
Vojta was hoping to improve his mood on the European continent after the setbacks he had experienced on the big continent.

He had a very promising start, finishing a great fourth place at the Ireland Pro, but then came a double cold shower at the New York Pro and Toronto Pro Supershow, where he placed ninth and eighth respectively.

And unfortunately he didn't do so well this time either! He finished eighth here too. He is disappointed with this season himself, as he admits in this video:

Vojtěch Koritenský about the Veronica Gallego Classic 2018 and his plans:

In the video he says that his next competition performance will be in front of his home crowd, at the EVLS Prague Showdown 2018. This will take place on October 28-29.
There is even talk behind the scenes that it will be EVLS that will decide whether Vojta will stay in Jim Manion's IFBB Professional League or whether he will decide to move to Rafael Santonja's IFBB Elite Pro.
