Valdir "Synthol" Segato died at the age of 55

Almost everyone would like to have big muscles, but not everyone wants to take the path of sacrifice and hard work. They'd rather try to cut corners and shorten their journey. But as Robert Humpál has said several times in our training videos, there is no magic pill, only hard work and diligence!

However, on the internet we can come across a lot of people who are just looking for different miracle pills to make their muscles grow as big as possible. One such person was Valdir "Synthol" Segato, who died on July 26, 2022 at the age of 55.

While the usual use of doping substances is supposed to increase muscle growth, fitness and strength, Synthol does nothing. Synthol is actually injected into the desired muscle in liquid form and solidifies after some time. It is obvious that the use of synthol has very serious health consequences. The big disadvantage is that the muscles in which synthol is found do not look like real muscles and many find them repulsive.

Valdir Segato was a drug addict in his younger years and tried to solve his drug problem in the gym, which became his new passion. Valdir quickly realized that the results he wanted to achieve were not naturally achievable, so he turned to synthol.

The doctors tell me to stop using it, the advice they give me is to stop using synthol, but it's my decision to use it. I like it... I look at myself in the mirror and I like the way I look.

Brazilian magazine UOL News reports that the family has directly confirmed that Valdir Segato died on Tuesday, July 26, 2022, his 55th birthday. The cause of death has not yet been revealed. The family said that Segato became ill at home and was subsequently taken to hospital where he died.
