Unofficial World Record by Thor Bjornsson - Deadlift 480kg/1058lbs RAW
Author: Last week we ran an article for you that featured Thor and JF's training sessions. In the article you could also see the disciplines in which the athletes will compete at the ASC. and who all will participate in these competitions.
Last year's season didn't go quite as plannedfor Thor, as he was injured at the most prestigious competition in the world, World's Strongest Man 2019, and took bronze instead of gold. Therefore, we can expect him to want to win all the races he will participate in this year !
Thor is still 3 weeks away from the 2020 Arnold Strongman Classic, but he is already better prepared than ever! Yesterday he posted a video on his instagram and youtube showing footage of his training session where he deadlifted a whopping 480kg RAW (without the jersey)! If Thor can replicate this feat in competition, he will set a new world record!
