This time unusually on Sunday, because on Wednesday we have prepared the 10th part of strongman discipline with Jirka.

I've been planning to redecorate the gym for some time now. Luckily my friend, coincidentally our videographer, who is behind all our work, has been doing graffiti for over 10 years.

Occasionally this accompanies my commentary about beginnings and Crossfit. Enjoy the video.
