A training plan inspired by Kai Greene
Effective volume training should not only be challenging, but also well-structured. This plan combines upper/lower body strength training with the popular push/pull/legs method.
What will the workout look like?
- Number of workouts per week: 5
- Workout length: approx. 90 minutes
- Rest days: 2 days per week
- Gradual increase in load: ideally a small progression every few weeks
The training cycle is divided so that the upper and lower body workout is followed by a rest day. After resting, you then continue with another block of training. This regimen should be followed for a minimum of 12 weeks, with the goal being to continually increase weights and improve performance.
