Strongman & Crossfit DAY! See how it went.

This time we took advantage of the situation and took a videographer to our first joint event.

We combine the unthinkable for some. Crossfit and the strongman sport we each live. We held our first seminar this weekend, which was already very popular when we registered.
From the original 35 people, we expanded the capacity to 45 people due to the high interest. Neither of us believed it would fill up.

We approached it a little differently and in our own way, since each of us is a trainer. We are glad that people came from really far away to join us and we hope they enjoyed it.

The whole seminar lasted from 10am to 6pm where we had 5 people looking after you. More information in the video.
