Battle of Midgard race, building the biggest trapeze in our country + new space in the gym! VIDEOLOG

Regular videologies by Vasek Mraz are published every Wednesday from the Crossfit, Strongman and fitness scene in our country.

When Jirka Holub - (the main organizer of the race) came to me personally in November with an invitation for our people and convinced me to compete, I couldn't say no :)

I thought to myself, it's only on 15.2. I'll train something and race. It didn't happen! :D

For the races we lent the boys a racing trapeze, which I had specially made for our Bcross Challenge races.

We left Brandýs with a group of 13 people and the rest of us were added during the day. It's great how much it brings people together and how supportive everyone is of each other.

In total 160 riders participated in the SPORT and ELITE categories. A nice twist to the workouts was the involvement of the pool in the second discipline.
