This year's Mr. Olympia without another fighter! Nathan DeAsha will not be competing!

This year's edition of the most prestigious competition in the world of professional bodybuilding has been hit by one unpleasant news after another. First of all, due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the date of the event had to be postponed from the traditional September date to December. In fact, a number of competitions were postponed due to coronavirus measures, and so a date had to be worked with for possible qualification for this bodybuilding feast.

For the same reason, Olympia then had to move from the traditional Las Vegas to Florida, as coronavirus measures were being tightened in Las Vegas and there was a risk that Olympia Weekend might not take place at all!

And that's still not all! Some of those who managed to qualify for this year's Mr. Olympia are unable to attend!

These days, unfortunately, the name of another fighter who will not appear on the stage of this competition has been revealed. This, for the second time in a row, will be Nathan DeAsha!

Last year he couldn't compete because he was accused of distributing anabolic steroids and hard drugs. A court hearing prevented him from travelling to the USA in time.

This year's start then fell through on the necessary visa! He adds:

Another missed year and another missed Olympia, but this time I don't have it in my hands at all. With my country in another nationwide lockdown, it means the US Embassy is also closed. They won't be issuing visas until January 2021.
Huge thanks to my trainer Ahmad Askar and the Oxygen Gym boss himself Bader Boodai who did everything in their power to get me to Las Vegas, well, now Florida). My manager Matt was also on the phone doing his best. We realized that some things are just not in our control!
