The unmissable "Big Ramy" showed up in Portugal!

Egyptian professional bodybuilder Mamdouh Elssbiay, who is nicknamed "Big Ramy", is really unmissable thanks to his monstrous bulk !
It was this "little guy" who had an exhibition performance in Portugal on Saturday, during which a video was made, which we attach to the article.

"Big Ramy", as you must have noticed very well, did not qualify for the Mr. Olympia competition this year, which he missed for the first time since 2013, when he started his professional career.
This was due to a shoulder injury that did not allow him to train fully. During various medical examinations, it was found that the shoulder problems were caused by a blockage in the cervical spine, which prevented the shoulder from circulating properly.

After a long break, he will be back on the competition podium in March next year, when he is expected to compete in the second most prestigious event of the IFBB Professional League Jim Manion, the Arnold Classic.

Below you can watch a video documenting the current form of this truly monstrous fighter.
