The legendary Lou Ferrigno is still in great shape at 67 years old!

What does a man do today at 67? True, there is no clear answer to this question, but most of us immediately think of the decathlon. And I really don't mean the one Roman Šebrle used to do!

I mean the one more popular among pensioners, that is :-D :

  1. Get up early in the morning
  2. Starting up my favourite car
  3. Fight your way through the morning rush hour
  4. To take my place in the queue outside Lidl and fight my way to the shelves with the sale goods, which 99% of the time I don't need at all
  5. Quickly pay and hurrah through the pitfalls of the big and small towns again to another store, this time Kaufland, to buy sugar, flour and sunflower oil
  6. Pay again and hurry to another store, this time Globus for a change, to stand in a kilometre long queue at the sausage shop for 20 decks of standard ham and 10 legs of fine sausages
  7. Now it's off to Penny to buy pastries, wafers and sweets for the grandkids
  8. Quickly to the doctor's and argue in the waiting room with the others about who came first.
  9. Quickly cook something for lunch
  10. Look out of the window, watch the noise all around and yell at all kinds of kids for making a mess

Or he can be like Lou Ferrigno, who was one of the best fighters of the so-called golden era, and even today has nothing to be ashamed of.

In 1973, at the age of 21, Lou won the absolute title of Mr. Universe, which he repeated the following year. When he subsequently competed in the Mr. Olympia competition, he was the only competitive rival to the legendary Arnold Schwarzenegger, finishing second.

He then managed to be on the stage of Mr. Olympia, the most prestigious bodybuilding competition in the world, well into his nineties!

Some will remember him in the documentary Pumping Iron:

Others see the little green man from The Incredible Hulk:

Lou still works out, and at his age, he boasts a decent form. You can see that for yourself in the attached photo.

We hope we haven't offended anyone with our words. It's just an exaggeration and a joke.
