During this weekend there was to be a boxing match between Marty Fore and Iranian Hulk (Sajad Gharibi). However, the fight has been postponed (some are talking about an unofficial cancellation) and it is unclear if the boxing between these two fighters will ever take place. Martyn initially didn't comment much on the postponed fight, only saying that he was sorry for the effort he put into the preparation.

"Naturally I'm very disappointed that my fight against the Iranian Hulk will no longer go ahead, especially considering the fact that I've put so much time into my training programme and done everything I can to be in the best shape possible.

Although I will no longer be involved, I am now looking forward to attending the Boxstar Celebrity Boxing event as a fan and showing my full support to those brave competitors taking part, some of whom will be competing in a boxing match for the first time in their lives. I would like to thank my fans for their continued support and hope to return to the ring in a competitive nature as soon as possible."

And before long, Ford explained why he didn't fight Hulk:

Most fans of this match were discussing the fact that the match would not take place due to "The Hulk" apparently pulling out of the match. However, he let it be known that the fight, on the other hand, was not because of Ford and that he is still ready to fight. He lashed out at his English opponent while hinting that he would have the whole thing reviewed by his lawyers.

He even uploaded a video on his YouTube channel, apparently out of frustration, in which he flexes his pelvis with his bare hands, apparently suggesting to Ford that he's not as weak as he thinks he is...
