The government has outlawed SARMs, peptides and other substances!

After the government meeting on 20 September 2021, the Minister of Justice Marie Benešová announced a change to the original wording of Regulation 454/2009 Coll., which establishes what is considered to be substances with anabolic and other hormonal effects and what is their larger quantity for the purposes of the Criminal Code. The government discussed this issue because the situation has changed since the regulation was issued. Therefore, the government has newly outlawed 53 substances.
