The current form of the gigantic Mamdouh Elssbiay
Author: Egyptian Mamdouh Elssbiay is certainly one of the greatest fighters to ever walk the runway in bodybuilding competitions. After all, his bulk weight of around 150 kilograms and competition weight of just under 140 kilograms speak for themselves.
Apart from his monstrous bulk, Mamdouh possesses very solid symmetry and even manages to offer a perfect final tightness. It was all these aspects that earned him a great second place at last year's Mr. Olympia!
Elssbiay would like to dominate this year's edition of the world's most prestigious competition, which would mean dethroning seven-time title holder Phil Heath.
Can he do it? Or will Phil equal the legendary duo of Ronnie Coleman, Lee Haney in number of triumphs? We will have to wait until mid-September for the fifty-fourth edition of this spectacular event.
