Author: Canadian professional Antoine Vaillant made his debut at the Mr. Olympia competition last year. There it became clear that he is still noticeably behind his rivals in terms of volume.
For this season, he logically set himself a very clear goal, namely to pack more kilograms of muscle mass onto his 183 cm tall figure.

He plans to make the first use of his efforts at the Wings of Strength Tampa Pro 2021 in August.
