Terrence Ruffin VS. Breon Ansley - who will win the Arnold Classic?

A big attraction at the Arnold Classic is the Classic Physique division. It's clear that most viewers have their eyes on the biggest bodybuilders in the men's open category, but those looking for symmetry and grace will watch the former division. In that division, we will see nine fighters who are among the best we would look for in a classic physique.

Terrence Ruffin and Breon Ansley are among the biggest favourites. The former managed to win the Arnold last year. However, Breon Ansley will be a big competitor for him, who managed to dominate the most prestigious race in the world - Mr. Olympia - twice in his career.

Both fighters put as much effort as possible into their preparation and are thinking about the biggest ranks. It will be very interesting to see who will win or if another competitor will surprise and leave both of them behind.

It's the first time since 2018 that I feel so tired... I only do cardio for 30 minutes a day. My food seems lower than normal (I think around 150g carbs), but this training hasn't been normal. Some days I'm not completely happy with how I look, but today was a good day. The strength hasn't gone away at all, but the pumps aren't as strong - but that doesn't bother me. Ruffin wrote on his social media.
