Strongman Rauno Heinla pulled on deadlift 4x420 kg!

Rauno comes from Estonia and is one of the lighter Strongman athletes. However, he doesn't lack strength compared to the heavier guys. Rauno had a rough year this year as he had to withdraw from the World's Strongest Man 2022 due to stomach problems. Heinla, however, plans to fix his appetite at the Giants Live World Open & World Deadlift Championships 2022 , scheduled for August 6 at the Motorpoint Arena in Cardiff, Wales.

Rauno Heinla is fast emerging as one of the biggest favourites to become the third man to deadlift 500 kilograms and possibly break the world record. He did it again on 16 June 2022 when he did a deadlift with 420kg in training ! Only he did not do one repetition, but four!
