Strongman Oleksii Novikov got a 153.2 kg one-armed shot over his head!

During last weekend Oleksii Novikov competed at the Rogue Invitational 2021 strongman competition in the USA. Before Novikov flew across the pond, however, he set an unofficial world record in the one-handed deadlift with 153.2kg in his training. The existing record is held by Poland's Mateusz Kieliszkowski, who managed to get 150kg overhead at the 2018 World's Ultimate Strongman (WUS). Unfortunately, Novikov's performance cannot be considered valid as only performances from competitions are recognised. Anyway, Oleksii showed that he will definitely attempt a new world record through the official route!
