Strongman Oleksii Novikov got a 140kg one hander over his head!
Author: The World's Strongest Man of 2020, Ukrainian strongman Oleksii Novikov, managed to get a one-handed barbell weighing an incredible 140kg over his head in training! The strongman won silver at the Arnold Strongman Classic UK 2021 during early October, where he came an unlucky second to Evan Singleton.
