Street Hard Workout League 2020
Author: Just like last year, the Street Hard Workers team decided to organize a series of independent competitions in the Northwest of Bohemia. This year, however, only at the end of August and in September, thanks to Covid-19.
The competitions were once again supported by Amix Nutrition with their supplements, and Kulturistika.com with their media support. The whole series was financially supported by Ústí nad Labem Region, Karlovy Vary Region, Municipality of Březno, Statutory City of Chomutov, City of Jirkov, City of Žatec, Tesco Foundation.
The competition was under the auspices of the Deputy Governor of the Ústí nad Labem Region, Mr. Jaroslav Komínek. More information about all competitions can be found on the website www.shwbattle.cz.
Garden Battle vol. 4
The first of the competitions will start on 29 August 2020 Garden Battle vol.4 in Žatec at the private street workout park of Vladimír Pospíšil. Traditionally, the competition will be in sets and reps, i.e. the number of push-ups, push-ups, dips and squats with added weight of the same weight as your body weight.
Categories of competitors will be men, women and children.
The entry fee for this competition is £150 and this can be paid HERE.
The competition starts at 1:00 pm.
Street Hard Workout Battle Sokolov
The very next weekend will be the Street Hard Workout Battle Sokolov 2020, which is organized as part of the big event Miners' Day - a mining fair, which attracts thousands of visitors.
The competition is once again dedicated to the sets and reps category, and here too, the competition will feature a number of push-ups, push-ups, bar dips and one-legged squats, and the competition categories will include men, women and children.
The entry fee for this competition is 150 CZK and this can be paid HERE.
The competition starts at 13:00.
WSWCF Academy Street Workout World Cup 2020
On 12.09.2020 competitors will compete in WSWCF Academy Street Workout World Cup 2020, stage Chomutov - Street Hard Workout Battle Chomutov 2020.
This is the very first freestyle competition held in the World Cup series under the World Street Workout and Calisthenics Federation in the Czech Republic!
The competition is dedicated only to the freestyle category, which is the most interesting event for spectators. The jury will include world stars, namely Korash Kabir, Latwist, Simon Forrai and Ales Fischer.
Erik Barsi, Christian Innocenti, Alessio Fiumara, all three from Italy, Vitaly Pavlenko and Kostya Shapoval from Ukraine, Bar in sky from Germany, Goku from the UK, Fernando Selby and David Nguyen both from Denmark, Rico Mesa from Colombia, Adam Chmielecki from Poland, Siddharth Tyagi from India, Venema Carmen and Hendry Kooistra from the Netherlands have already signed up for the competition two months before the start of the competition.
The competition categories are women, men up to 70 kg and over 70 kg, as well as children.
The competition will take place on the sandy beach of Kamenets Lake from 13:00.
The whole series of competitions will end on 19.9.2020 in Olejomlýnský Park in Jirkov on the sandy beach.
The competition will again be dedicated to the basics of exercises that are common to all strength sports, namely, push-ups, push-ups, dips and squats on one leg.
