"Stay home, stay fit!" - Arnold Schwarzenegger

Unfortunately, from Friday 13.3.2020 all sports grounds in the Czech Republic are closed to prevent the spread of coronavirus. Almost all countries in Europe are also taking this approach, as fitness centres and gyms accumulate large numbers of people and the risk of infection is high.

However, despite all the troubles, bodybuilding legend Arnold Schwarzenegger (72 years old, 7 times winner of Mr. Olympia) is not lazy! And this is what was said in his message to all his fans. If even Arnold at the age of 72 can work out at home, why can't you?
