Some of the actors of the Olympia Weekend already have bombastic forms!
Olympia Weekend, which will take place in Las Vegas from 13 to 14 September, is fast approaching and the forms of some of its players are getting stronger!
Below, we take a look at the current form of the two most watched competitions, Mr. Olympia and Olympia 212 Showdown.
Mr. Olympia
The world's most prestigious bodybuilding contest will have to do without a defending champion this year, just as it did in 1998. As you already know from us, the reigning champion Shawn Rhoden will not be allowed to compete.
Brandon Curry, Dexter Jackson, Roelly Winklaar and William Bonac are the biggest favourites to win.
But we can't forget about the other fighters who will be on the podium. Almost anyone can surprise! An interesting fact of the last days is that Cedric McMillan will take part in the competition, even though he did not qualify!
This year he has only stood on the podium twice, at the Arnold Classic (4th place) and Arnold Classic Australia (2nd place), which earned him 5th place in the qualification ranking, while only those who finish up to and including 3rd place in the ranking are eligible to compete at Mr. Olympia.
Cedric literally cried himself to sleep when he wrote to the IFBB Professional League management:
I had planned to compete in one of the summer professional competitions and secure my qualification for Mr. Olympia. Unfortunately, my obligation to participate in several long-term military exercises prevented me from getting the necessary access to food, training and rest that proper preparation requires without neglecting my duties to my service, my mission, my soldiers and my country.
Based on this letter, the IFBB Professional League leadership has decided to extend a special invitation to Cedric to participate!
Nathan De Asha
The winner of The Battle of Britain Pro 2019 is certainly one of the best fighters currently on the bodybuilding stage. Last year at Mr. Olympia he managed to fight his way to 8th place, which he would like to improve on this year. His goal is to break into the Top 5! Will he make it?
Judge his current form.

Jonathan Delarosa
Jon is in the form of his life this year! A pair of wins at Wings of Strength Yamamoto Nutrition Puerto Rico and the Toronto Pro Supershow are testament to that.
This will mark his third appearance at Mr. Olympia, having competed there in 2014 (14th place) and 2015 (16th place). Will he be able to break into the top 10 this year ? Or even higher?

Patrick Moore
The winner of the 2019 California Pro will be making his first appearance at Olympia Weekend, but he certainly won't want to be there just to be counted! His goal, like all of the fighters here, is to present himself in the best possible form and fight his way up the results list!

Olympia 212 Showdown
In the 212, as we have already written, the biggest favourites to win are Derek Lunsford and Ahmad Ashkanani.
Angel Calderón Frias
The winner of the EVLS Prague Pro 2018 in the 212lb category and owner of a truly fascinating chest will be making his debut at the Olympia 212 Showdown. He will surely want to fight for the highest placings here. Will he be able to fight his way into the top five?
John Jewett
John was able to dominate a pretty packed Wings of Strength Yamamoto Nutrition Tampa Pro 2019, so it's safe to assume that he'll be one of the top contenders in his debut start at Olympia Weekend.

Fahad Zaid
Fahad Zaid from Saudi Arabia will be another first-time Olympian.
Fahad, who like Brandon Curry, Roelly Winklaar and Nathan De Asha is training at Oxygen Gym in Kuwait, won the Lebanon Pro this year.

Bela Kokeny
Kokeny was also nominated for the Olympia 212 Showdown for the first time, thanks to his triumph at the Wings of Strength Romania Muscle Fest Pro.

Oleh Kryvyi
Oleh Kryvyi is having a dream season, literally. At the beginning of April, he took part in the Musclecontest Ireland Pro Qualifier, which he dominated, securing his move to the pros.
Just a month later, he was among them at the Musclecontest Nacional Pro, where he took on Ricardo Correia and won! He was able to qualify for the Olympia with his first professional performance!
