Slavoj Bednar and Pavel Koukal at the joint back training

Slavoj Bednar and Pavel Koukal belong to the athletes who are sponsored by Extrifit, both are also professional bodybuilders, but each in a different federation. While Slavoj represents Jim Manion's IFBB Professional League, Pavel competes in the IFBB Elite Pro.

Both are currently around 10 and 11 weeks away from entering this season. Slavoj will do so on May 14 at the 2022 Indy Pro, where one of his opponents will be Blessing Awodibu. Pavel then prepares for IFBB Mr. Universe Europe 2022, which will take place on May 21.

Since they have about the same time left until putting on their competition swimsuits, it's not a problem for them to put in some training together. This time they gathered in Slavoj's gym Fine Fitness for a joint back training. You can watch it in the video prepared by Pavel Vacek.
