Sergio Oliva Jr. crushes shoulders 12 days before Arnold Classic 2020
Author: We are now just over a week away from the first competitionof this year's Jim Manion IFBB Professional Leagueseason. That contest will be the 2020 Arnold Classic, which will take place in Columbus on Saturday, March 7.
One of the fighters who will be showcasing his form on stage will be Sergio Oliva Jr, son of the 1967, 1968 and 1969 Mr. Olympia title holder.
He offers you his shoulder workout, which took place in his home town of San Diego just 12 days before the competition, via the attached video below.
In addition to the workout, Sergio also offers a glimpse of his home immediately at the beginning of the video, with his extensive trophy collection and some of his family photos.
The fighter, who he says is in the best shape of his life, is currently at the competition venue, and is fully focused on the upcoming fight!
