Sergio Oliva Jr. - back training 3,5 weeks before Wings of Strength Chicago 2018

Recently we informed you that the son of three-time Mr. Olympia winner Sergio Oliva Sergio Oliva Jr. is also going to the Wings of Strength Chicago 2018, which will take place on July 6 and 7.
In the article you could see his joint stitch training with Manuel Romero under the supervision of Milos Sarchev.
This was not just a momentary collaboration, as Sergio continues to rely on Milos' advice, as evidenced by the video we bring you today.
It was made in the middle of this week, during the training of back muscles. As is usual with Milos, it was a very hard workout full of superseries with homework, during which Sergio fell on his face, literally.
Just a reminder that Sergio managed to dominate the prestigious New York Pro competition last year, and therefore he will be one of the strong favorites in Chicago to win, and of course to qualify directly for Mr. Olympia 2018.
