Samson Dauda and Shaun Clarida training for the Arnold Classic 2023

These words were added to the most recent photo on his Instgram by professional bodybuilder Samson Dauda, who is currently preparing for the Arnold Classic, one of the most prestigious bodybuilding competitions.

Samson, along with the 2021 champion Nick Walker, is considered the favourite for this year's event, and he has no doubts about his success!

Below you can see some of his training sessions from the preparation for the North American Arnold Classic 2023, which will take place on March 3-4.

However, there are other riders who would like to have a say in the fight for the top positions. Among them will certainly be the winner of the 212 Olympia in 2020 and 2022, Shaun Clarida, who at 157 centimetres will clearly be the smallest fighter on the podium.

It was 2014, and I was a spectator at the Arnold Classic. Even though I was a new pro at the time preparing for my pro debut, I was still a huge fan of not only this show, but all the athletes who competed there (I still am).

It's been 9 years, and I'm now preparing to compete on this stage where I've watched these champions fight for one of the most prized victories for many years. I am truly honored to be on the other side and get the chance to compete on one of the biggest shows in the bodybuilding world!

I am ready to show up in Ohio in 5 weeks, this time with a new goal and mission!
