Ronnie Coleman trains six times a week and has gained 30lbs!
Ronnie Coleman is one of those bodybuilders who managed to win the Mr. Olympia title eight times during his competitive career. Thanks to this, Ronnie ranks among the greatest legends of the sport. However, even though Coleman achieved great results, after some time his racing career started to take its toll. After his retirement from racing, this great former bodybuilder suffered many injuries, for which he had to undergo several surgeries. However, due to constant back pain, Ronnie recently began undergoing stem cell treatment. This style of treatment seems to be really helping Colaman and it's also allowing him to spend more time in his beloved gym!

"It's going pretty well. I work out six days a week now, about an hour, an hour and a half a day, but I think it's because of the stem cell treatment. I've got a lot more energy than I used to have. So I've put on about 30 lbs. I went from 255 pounds to 285 pounds. I had to weigh myself about ten times to be sure. It's been a long time since I was that heavy.
"I'm starting to get back to normal a little bit. It's been a while since I've had surgery. You know, I've had thirteen surgeries in the last five years and I've even had three in one year. So I've always been in the hospital for a while. I had my last one in 2020."
"I can train constantly now, almost for two years straight. Stem cells seem to have really helped me. I used to be in a lot of pain, which is much less now." Mentioned Coleman in an interview
Ronnie seems to be on the road to good form. Apparently thanks to the stem cell treatment, he was able to get back to consistent training without being limited by any surgery. Coleman is back and working out in the gym every day, which is a great motivation for everyone!
